I didn't get mine til later. Fortunately, it's not epi-pen or anywhere near life threatening if something is ingested, but it helped me learn to be sensitive to others with allergies because of it. You're right, it's easy to point fingers until it's you. How scary for a mom and for a kid. My 5 almost 6 year old HAD a pe...I feel your pain. My 5 almost 6 year old HAD a peanut allergy (is now grown out of it) but still has a SEVERE cashew allergy. I totally get what you are talking about. <br /><br />This year is our first year with peanut treats.
